I am John Estes, founder of Lifeforce Therapeutics and a licensed Florida massage therapist with over forty years in healthcare. My path has moved through hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, spas, and community work, giving me insight into many stages of life and healing. Along the way, I trained in massage, hypnotherapy, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and spiritual practice, uniting body, mind, and spirit. I now offer therapeutic massage, hypnotherapy, movement classes, spiritual counseling, and meditation instruction in a calm resort setting. My intent is simple, to listen carefully and support your healing journey with respect and sincerity.
